    The new pastry chef at Molitor, Louise Riot, presents her first Christmas log for the end of the year, created for the Parisian establishment.
    The unique design of her log was imposed on her by the emblematic moldings of the Brasserie in the 1930s. Molitor's heritage is still alive and well...

    It is thanks to a custom-made mold that she imagined the design of her log, adding the famous porthole so famous of the establishment.

    The log is composed of a vanilla mousse, a vanilla cashew praline with a citron confit, it is accompanied by a hazelnut butter cookie and a cashew crunch.

    This light and greedy log will sublimate your Christmas meal.

    Log for 6/8 people 
    Price : 69 euros
    Available for collection on 23.12 and 24.12
    Order stops on Wednesday 21st  at the end of the day

    The Log will also be present at the Christmas Eve dinner on December 24 & at the Christmas Brunch on December 25.
