    From September 17, discover Molitor Jardin d'Hiver

     La Brasserie Molitor transforms into Molitor Jardin d’Hiver, a light-filled green cocoon inspired by the nearby Auteuil greenhouses. Be the first to experience this new destination where nature meets creativity. 

    At the table with Tony Goncalves 
    Under the direction of Chef Tony Goncalves, the menu celebrates a creative, responsible cuisine where vegetables take center stage, elevated by land and sea inspirations. Beef tartare with tagetes, creamy cockle and mussel stew with leeks, spelt risotto with apricots and figs... And to finish, Pastry Chef Camilla D’Ambrosio delights with refined desserts, from chocolate to figs, not forgetting the timeless apple pie. 

    Savor the moment at the Jardin d’Hiver bar 
    At the heart of the restaurant, the panoramic bar offers signature cocktails and botanical infusions blending fresh herbs, citrus, and rare spices. Take a seat, be charmed, and enjoy every moment in this warm yet elegant atmosphere. 

    Open Monday to Saturday for lunch and dinner, and on Sundays for brunch, Molitor Jardin d’Hiver invites you to enjoy each moment your own way: a business lunch, a romantic dinner, or a convivial gathering with family and friends. 

    More than a restaurant, it is set to become a new must-visit destination in western Paris, where elegance and culinary creativity come together.
