Easter Chocolate


    This year and for the first time, Hotel Molitor's pastry sous-chef, Benoit Gressent, has created two delicious chocolate bars for the Easter holidays!

    The "Signature" tablet
    150g of pure pleasure!
    The dark chocolate 70% cocoa, resulting from a marriage of grands crus with balanced toasted and American notes, mixes perfectly with the soft caramel with vanilla from Madagascar, the whole overhung with a delicate pinch of fleur de sel from Guérande.

    The "Gourmande" tablet
    90g of softness for young and old!
    A final marriage of 60% milk chocolate, made from a blend of 2 aromatic profiles of cocoas typical of Ecuador and Ghana, with the creamy tone of 33% white chocolate, with aromas of fresh milk.
    This delicious bar blends perfectly with the crunchy texture of dried fruits: almonds, hazelnuts and pistachios, roasted and caramelized for more indulgence.
