Tucked away at the heart of Molitor, along the edge of its legendary outdoor pool, Molitor’s Winter Garden restaurant has become an essential address in Paris 16. Inspired by the nearby Auteuil greenhouses, this lush sanctuary bathed in natural light offers a truly unique dining experience — refined, soothing, and subtly transporting.

    Crafted by Chef Tony Gonçalves, the menu celebrates a responsible yet inventive cuisine where raw, seasonal produce takes center stage. Vegetables are the star, delicately elevated by inspirations from land and sea: beef tartare with marigold, cockles and mussels braised with leeks, spelt risotto with apricots and figs... On the sweet side, Pastry Chef Camilla D’Ambrosio signs indulgent creations such as chocolate, fig, and the unmissable apple pie — comforting, generous, and irresistibly refined.

    Every Sunday, Molitor Jardin turns into a true gourmet stroll with a generous buffet-style brunch. From 12:30 PM, warm breads, pastries, brioche, jams, and other toppings compete with savory delights such as crispy bacon, scrambled eggs, savory tarts, and cakes for your utmost enjoyment.
