For summer 2026, the Molitor Rooftop is reinvented in the spirit of a Mediterranean cruise, from the French Riviera to Greece, from Italy to the Levant. Paris takes on the colors of the open sea.
Located in the heart of Paris 16th arrondissement, just steps from Roland Garros Stadium and Parc des Princes, the Molitor Rooftop welcomes you for lunches, dinners and Sunday brunches with the Eiffel Tower as a backdrop.
Perched atop Molitor, between sky and pool, the Rooftop Restaurant celebrates a Mediterranean cuisine that is sunny, generous and inspired. The menu becomes a travel diary, where seasonal ingredients shine through creations inspired by southern shores: crispy prawns with basil mayonnaise, creamy burrata with roasted tomatoes, grilled sea bream with caviar lemon...
In a décor blending sunlit yellow and azure blue, the experience naturally extends to the table. At lunch or dinner, facing the Eiffel Tower and overlooking Molitor's iconic pool, every moment feels like an escape from time.

To celebrate Father's Day on Sunday, June 21st, the Molitor Rooftop invites you to a convivial lunch with view of the Eiffel Tower. The experience begins with a welcome drink of your choice: a signature cocktail featuring Herradura Tequila, lime, mango syrup, Peychaud's bitters and ginger beer, or a mocktail made with Lyre's Dry Gin, lemon juice, basil, rose syrup and Red Bull White Peach.
This is followed by a generous barbecue-style grill featuring a refined selection of meats, before ending on a sweet note with a dessert of your choice à la carte.

On June 21st, the rooftop Molitor sets sail and, for one evening, reconnects with the spirit of those nights that make things move, when music took over everything else. The deck comes alive and transforms into an open-air dance floor. Facing the sunset with the Eiffel Tower on the horizon, Music Day promises to be electric.

The menu pays tribute to the best of the season: Pommery champagne for festive moments, the freshness of Minuty rosé for aperitifs, the complexity of Gin Mare paired with Fever-Tree, the boldness of a Nespresso Martini, or the character of Herradura tequila. Red Bull and its Summer Editions extend the experience into the night.

On Sundays, the Molitor Rooftop reinvents brunch into a generous Mediterranean feast with a view of the Eiffel Tower. Inspired by large family-style meals, the menu features iconic dishes: golden seafood paella, fragrant couscous with mild spices, or XXL pasta alle vongole.
A Sunday lunch designed for sharing, with friends or family, in a relaxed and sunlit atmosphere.
