Summer is coming to Paris, and with it the long-awaited return of the Molitor Rooftop, perched at the top of the emblematic Parisian hotel. Let yourself be carried away by a season bursting with colour, flavour and emotion, in a unique setting between sky and pool.

Generous, sunny cuisine
Under the direction of chef Tony Goncalves, the rooftop is decked out in Mediterranean flavours. Seasonal produce, plates to share, freshness and indulgence are the key words on a menu designed for the sunny days. Camilla D'ambrosio summer treats include fine, refreshing desserts to prolong the pleasure right up to the last moment. In terms of experience, Cédric Doux is in charge of the restaurant, with the ambition of embodying the Molitor art of living through a friendly, elegant and festive atmosphere.
